There are 3 possibilities for Sumito: 3 balls can push one ball, 3 balls can push two balls and 2 balls can push 1 ball. 3 balls cannot push 3 balls, 2 balls cannot push 2 balls, or 1 ball cannot push 1 ball. This is called balance and these balls are locked. According to the Game Rules, it is not allowed to move in this way. You will need to relocate some balls to unlock it. The back of the balls you will make moves must be empty.
